No, a concrete slab is not required, as long as the ground is reasonably level.

We construct a galvanised steel base frame to act as the subfloor for the pod. This system makes the structure free-standing and durable, eliminating the need for permanent groundwork.

Pods are constructed using high-quality insulated materials, providing year-round comfort. They are also custom-built to your desired size and layout, with options like glass windows and aluminium sliding doors.

Because of this, garden office pods add greater usability and long-term value to your property, while sheds often have lower resale appeal and may require costly slab removal if your plans change.
